What shipping company do you use to ship your holsters?
We use the United States Postal Service with First Class with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation for most domestic orders.
We use the United States Postal Service International Express with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation for all international orders.
What is the actual time it takes for my package to arrive once it leaves TactiPac Holster Co.?
The total shipping times from labeling, packaging and transit times are from 3 to 10 business days (business days exclude weekends and holidays). The actual transit time for domestic orders is usually 3 to 5 business days. The actual transit time for international orders not held up by International Customs is 5 to 7 business days.
Will I receive tracking information on my order?
Yes, once your order is labeled and packaged we will send you tracking information via your email address on file at the time you placed your order. Please keep in mind it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to become valid is the United States Postal Service computer system.
