Thank-you for considering our holsters for your CCW needs. We are a small holster company and make every holster custom, by hand as we receive each order. Our order volume, production time for sizing and actual fabrication as well as packaging and actual delivery make our “estimated delivery” times lengthy. Please understand by purchasing our products you are agreeing to wait for the order to be processed in accordance with the following information and acknowledge that TactiPac does not accept order cancellations of any kind.
Our “estimated handling” times for all of our holsters including our best selling FusionPac IWB holsters and TactiPac Elite Holsters are 25 business days, excluding weekends and holidays (Five Weeks). Our “estimated delivery” times to include the packaging, labeling and transit times are 3 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Our total time to receive your holster once you place the order can take 6 to 8 weeks. We realize that this seems like a long time to wait, but it is actually right in line with industry standards for custom made holsters at 6 to 8 weeks time.
PLEASE NOTE: During high volume order times our shipping and handling times can well exceed the stated normal times. The times stated are simply estimates and may or may not reflect real time shipping and handling information at the time your order is placed.
Labeling and transit times are 3 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Thank-you for your patience and understanding. Please note, because we are a small company, we are not ignoring you when you email or call to check the status of your order, but we may not be able to answer you due to the hundreds of holsters we are manufacturing and the volume of correspondence we experience on a daily basis. We don’t have the manpower to answer “status requests” and answer every “where is my holster” request during the normal handling and shipping times stated. Please understand again, we are not ignoring you, but trying to get your order out as fast as possible and with the very best quality as well.
Rest assured we will provide you with tracking information as soon as your holster is labeled, packaged and ready to leave our shop. All of our domestically shipped holsters ship USPS First Class mail as “thick envelope” packages with Delivery Confirmation Service *. All of our internationally shipped holsters ship USPS Express International service at an additional charge.
